Our restaurant is located in San Gimignano centre, in front of the most suggestive breathtaking view of San Gimignano surroundings, only 5 km from Fortezza de' Cortesi.
Thanks to the medieval milieu and two deep granaries in the old floor, time seems to have stopped.
The typical Tuscan cuisine and high quality are the restaurant specialities. From appetizers to desserts and even ice cream, everything is prepared personally by the chefs, using only selected in season products.
Between our farm, which is part of Fortezza de' Cortesi, and the restaurant, we apply the system of short chain and we supply directly the restaurant of extra virgin olive oil, pure DOP saffron of San Gimignano, herbs and some of the garden’s products.
For meats, cold cuts, cheeses and even chocolate, Dulcisinfundo relies on some rewarded small farms, family run, locally or within Tuscany, who also made of the quality their flag.
The dining rooms accommodate a maximum of 48 persons, so we recommend a reservation.
The Fortezza de' Cortesi guests will receive a special treatment.
