Parking - Satellite Tv-sat with English channels/DVD - Window screens and safes in each bedroom, phon in ensuite bathrooms - On arrival a complimentary Tuscan welcome aperitif including snacks of local cold cuts and Tuscan cheeses, fruit and the famous wine Vernaccia di San Gimignano will be offered to the villa weekly rental guests - They also will be welcomed in the kitchen with a complimentary basket containing some useful kitchen items and will find complimentary toiletries (this one is only a first welcome service; obviously, during their stay, guests are asked to supply all they need for themselves and for the house).

Various art-related activities (Medieval or Renaissance tecnique workshop; Conversations or readings of italian art, mostly regional, accompanied by period music; Thematic lessons on the main periods of art history from the Middle Ages to the present; A choice between lessons in: art and cinema / art and poetry / art in the four seasons / regional Tuscan art history with the possibility of concentrating on the region or a single city; An evening of art and games).
